This property is in a prime location with shops and restaurants as well as an ice skating rink. The property itself is clean, quiet, safe and friendly efficient staff. Would highly recommend!!

Loved the location of this hotel in the Shipyards district The close proximity to the pier made for enjoyable walks with plenty of great restaurant options. Even though we didn’t use the sea-bus on this trip, the fact that it is super close is very convenient. The hotel was just as described, clean, comfortable and staff were great. Would recommend the add on breakfast option when booking.

The location is excellent. Valet staff was very kind and took good care of our vehicle. The front staff was okay but gave confusing directions. The room was very clean and we had a beautiful side view of the water. We did not know we would be staying by a public skating rink that would be noisy until 10 pm. That was very disappointing. The breakfast at the restaurant was disgusting. Do not waste your money. There are so many options around. We sat in a dark booth and the food was undercooked and the bread was hard. Good coffee though. We will probably try a different place next time.

Excellent location & a great hotel

Excellent location. This is a high quality hotel in terms of materials, room decor and overall amenities. L'Occitane Soaps, silly coffee machine in the rooms, etc. While only the most premium rooms will have a water view, the location is excellent for everyone. So many restaurants within a 5 min walk. It was interesting that the hotel focused their prearrival emails on parking info/parking costs/instructions when they are so well situated just a few mins walk from the SeaBus which gets you to/from downtown in less than 15 mins. The hotel’s restaurant is a destination in itself.

First time at this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. Huge bathroom and small bedroom - but everything you needed was there. The only downside for us was the sliding barn door to the bathroom, which we’re not fans of. The staff were all very friendly, and the dinner at the hotel was excellent. Parking was reasonably manageable, though somewhat expensive—typical for the area. It might be harder to find parking during peak season, though.

Place was super lovely and the staff was excellent. We stayed right next to the ice rink and it was so so loud. I understand that not much can be done about that since the kids skating deserve their fun. But besides that the place was very cozy and I would love to stay there again.
