Unique property. 3rd floor of old stone mill on the stream going through Little Falls turned into bed and breakfast type facility. Rooms are big and nicely done with modern bathroom fixtures, comfortable bed. Sounds travel in the building so pretty easy to hear neighboring conversations. Self-serve breakfast was great as they kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to look out the window at the stream behind the building at the wintering ducks. Enjoyed out stay.

We were excited to stay at the Inn and check in was fine and our room looked was nice. We quickly discovered the hot tub was out of order and no one told us when we arrived. Another problem we found was they have a load heater above the bed and it made it impossible to get to sleep. We were hoping for an enjoyable weekend but it ended up being a disappointment.🙁

Staff communicated via email. Never saw an employee. Heard the other guest in the room nextdoor. Very unusual decor, like a mini fridge that you would have in a dorm room as a night stand and a wood pallet as the headboard. Not many options in this area. Seemed like the best option but just a strange visit. Clean....

Little falls is a great town to wander around and view the architecture of a bygone era. Choices are limited but with a little hunting you can find them. The inn was a good stopover beds were good got woken a couple of times with trains but you cant escape that if you stay in this town. The breakfast was adequate and has good coffee.

This place is wonderful. It is an old mill that was turned into a hotel. The view from the Gilbert room was very cool and the history in Little Falls is very neat. There are some unlevel floors in hallways which is to be expected due to the age of the building. We loved our stay here! We would stay here again for sure!

Nice stop on our trip

W really liked the location of the inn, next to the river in an old mill building. The room was clean and comfortable. Little Falls is a quaint, quiet town in a scenic location. The continental breakfast was simple but satisfying. We enjoyed sitting around a conference table on the third floor at breakfast and sharing our experiences with other guests. The natural lighting in the corner breakfast room overlooking the river was a great start to the day.

Cool Little City Near Erie Canal

Check in was easy. Since we expected to arrive after 7pm, Katerina call us directly and provide detailed checkin information. Great customer service. The room was fully equipped and a small continental breakfast was provided the next morning. Little Falls is a small town with a beautiful river flowing next door to our window! Many restaurants are available and live music was at Rock Valley Brewing Co. A genuinely enjoyable stay in Little Falls, NY on our way to Cooperstown.

Needs an update but would stay again

Nice place, it is dated but a nice place to stay for the weekend. Walls are indeed very thin but no real complaints. Only gripe would be that it needs updating. Continental breakfast has great selection of fruits, yogurts, bagels and breads. Would definitely stay again
