Breakfast was very dry and bland. Pancake machine was broken. Even the water dispenser on the juice machine didn't work. Rugs were badly stained. Housekeeping didn't make the beds just changed a few towels. Only the staff member who met us on departure was friendly.

Stay was good but there were a couple of things we were not made aware of. The pool was closed our entire visit due to maintenance. They were short staffed so it took a few to get somebody at the front desk however even with all that, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Made us aware of the refundable incidental fee since we booked with Expedia. Only complaint is the room temperature says its handle on the wall but it did nothing. Breakfast was good, it's basic and their pancake machine was broken.

We specifically booked Holiday Inn because of the indoor pool. The breakfast was a bonus...however, both mornings there wasn't much for offerings at breakfast - no yogurt, no pancakes, the hot food was mostly gone with an hour still left of breakfast. There was also no chocolate milk or whole milk (normally those are also offered). But, the worst part was that the pool and hot tub were closed. With a high energy child and cold weather, we were counting on the pool for an energy release. The front desk attendant only offered multiple times to cancel my registration and she did say she was sorry.

This looks like a new hotel. The bed was comfortable, and shower had great pressure. The breakfast was good with lots of options. It was located right next to a Walmart.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and we were happy to have a corner unit which was nice and quiet. Front desk staff was very pleasant and the breakfast crew was very hard working.
