Our room was not ready until nearly 3.30pm & we were told it was because they were very busy. No compensation was offered, just a "sorry bout that". Can't say the Reception staff were overly committed to customer service, but once we got to the room it was very nice!

Nice view from the balcony. Good that the car was under cover. Walking distance to shops and cafes. The room was very clean. The staff was kind and friendly. Rang to verify room a couple of days before to verify room booking and also asked if room could be booked earlier, so happy that it available couple of hours earlier than expected

The location was excellent, very close to the mall and train station and ferry. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the service was very good. It was a busy weekend but reception managed to accommodate us. The only thing that could be improved is room service with food being catered but apart from that, it was a great stay.

The location was perfect,right next to great restaurants and the shopping centre. 5 minute walk to the train station and 3 stops to Roma street.The apartment was modern and clean and to a high standard and parking was free. Very enjoyable stay at the Jephson. First time have stayed there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a Deluxe room - very spacious, very tidy, and well presented. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom space was generous, as was the shower. Balcony was great - sizeable area that you could sit, have a drink/eat and enjoy the surrounds. Location is great - short walk (5mins) to major shops, as well as good dining options. Also short walk to public transport (bus & train 5 mins, ferry/city cat 10 mins). Would definitely stay again.
