The staff was very helpful and nice! The views were great - on the river side you can see the vehicle assembly building at Kennedy Space Center from the 4th and 5th floors. You can even see the rocket garden with a telescope or binoculars. The hotels location was great to get to Kennedy - maybe 10 minutes - and lots of food locations, especially going north on the road in front of the hotel. We did have to change rooms after the first night because the shower we had - the curtain didn’t go down far enough and water came out onto the floor. And the shade that makes it really dark wouldn’t come down - which wasn’t fun for people who aren’t morning people (me). But they easily changed our rooms and even brought the new keys to us. Overall, nice and we would stay there again - especially based on location.

The shower lookes liked it had not been wash in months. The smell that came out of that shower... horrible. Since was just one night no big deal.. but for the price of the room i expected a very clean room.. which makes me wonder.. if the shower was not cleaned.. what else was not clean.
