Check in process was quick. The room was quiet and clean. Staff at the front desk and the bar/restaurant areas were friendly. Free parking and free breakfast were the main reasons we choose this location. We would gladly stay again.

Stayed during a Falcon 9 launch, for which they opened the doors to a viewing room and opened the windows. Desk and bar staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable; loved the bed, sofa, and bathroom layout. Issues with the hotel: - they didn't service our room. We stayed 2 nights, left by 9:30 am, didn't have a sign on the door to skip it, but came back to the room at the end of the day and found our room had been ignored. - the breakfast ran out of coffee and food about 10 min before the end of breakfast service on our 2nd morning. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee, and the breakfast room staff's response was that breakfast was almost over (i.e. they didn't plan to provide more coffee despite 10 min left in posted breakfast time).

Service and staff were excellent. Room and bed were very good and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lady in charge was excellent. Maintenance gets a failing mark due to (1) our phone did not work, (2) our room key never worked due to dead battery which was reported and took a while to get it fixed, (3) door handle from fitness center back into hall was missing and people could get stuck in there.

The staff were all courteous especially Grace from the reception. The room was clean, except for the sticky table on the TV and empty shampoo disperser.
