We have stayed in our share of Hampton Inn's in the past and have always received great service and the properties were always well maintained. This particular property was a complete DUMP! I took photographs to document the filth on the hallway carpet, the paint and drywall falling off the walls, the wallpaper curling up in the bathroom, not to mention how disgusting the tub was in our room. There was no way we were going to shower in that room. We checked out at 6:15am and went to another property. Trust me you don't want to take your family to this property and let your children play on the floors of this property. I don't know who is leaving Stellar reviews of this property, but they haven't stayed in a room on the 2nd floor it's filthy! The two ladies at the front desk barely acknowledged our presence. There is a Military base very close by and Military Personnel should not be staying in this filthy property! They deserve better!

Check in was at 3:00 pm but it took 2.5 hours after that before our online check in was ready. I even had to call to ask an ETA. Front desk was short staffed, and courteous but it would have been helpful for someone to have called and let us know prior to arrival that our rooms weren’t going to be ready since we had already checked in the prior night online and chose our check in time. I understand being sold out and multiple late checkouts but communication would have been helpful since we are traveling and timing our arrival accordingly. We also had chosen our rooms while online check in and we were assigned different rooms.

The breakfast offerings were very bland. The eggs were almost completely dry and lacked any taste. The sausage was over cooked and pretty chewy. I was disappointed in the lack of attention to the freshness and taste of those breakfast offerings.
