I ask Yari for towels to be delivered at 11:00 am on 11/8 per their policy. You have to request, so that's what i did and towels were not delivered. My husband had to go to the lobby and get them at 12:30 am when we returned back to the hotel. The bathroom in 404 was very slow to drain.

Typical breakfast, however the sausage & bacon did not taste good. Made some waffles…came out over cooked on the outside & doughy on the inside…tossed them. Went to Starbucks for breakfast. Staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean! Beds comfortable and room was quiet!! Recommend staying there!!

We were on the 3rd floor. Who ever was in the room above us apparently didn’t care! It was midnight before we got to sleep. They were stomping on the floor! The overall appearance was amazing! The staff was amazing.

The staff was wonderful. The food was routine, the same as in most hotels. The room was large & spacious however the carpet was worn out & had dirty spots.
