Stayed in cottages. Jacuzzi tub- jets were broken, ceiling fan made Clanking sounds all night, French doors to outside area did not close or lock properly. Considering the expense- you expect things to work. Front desk was very nice. I did ask for a late check out but they could not oblige. This was our second stay here. I would return but it would be nice for f they updated the property or took care of their guests more.

The room was excellent as was the rest of the property. Our only issue was that our room wasn't ready at check-in time, which was a drag after a long day and the price we paid. We were given tasting tickets to compensate while we waited, however.
