Thought the complimentary water and snacks were a great inclusion. The handrail in the shower was very useful. The room was very quiet and relaxing. Only dislike was the damp smell on entering the hotel each time.

Great location, loved the decor. Only negative was the strange bathroom door which didn't really close properly meaning there wasn't much privacy...
