I didn't like the balcony being accessible. I've never had to ask for a bed for our third guest at other hotels. It was always assumed that three people would require three sleeping places. This hotel assumed all three of us would sleep in the one Queen size bed. A second bed required an extra $80 each day. The traffic noise was noticeable at night. I appreciated the daily bed making, the proximity to public transport, the staffs' welcome, the washing machine, and dryer, the size of the room and the other facilities offered there.

Booking was for 2 single beds for my mother and I; and it was a single queen size. The water pressure in the shower was miserable. Specifically booked a kitchen. There was a kitchen but smoke detector was above the stove with warnings of $1600 fine for fire brigade call out. Not knowing how sensitive the detector was, too frightened to use it. No soap or shampoo in the bottles in the shower. The hotel was reneovating the common area on our floor with worker noise during the day, cutting out ceiling in the hall and above the lift.

Walkable distance from Town Hall Station - we were able to catch train from Sydney Airport to Town Hall. The tram to Circular Quay was also easy to access from Town Hall or George Street. Excellent cafe next door for delicious breakfast.

One night stay here. Part of the check in is agreeing to sign that you will not damage the room and you are responsible for any damage done to the room along with a whole raft of other statements. Our room had the carpet pulled up and the plaster was water damaged - I presume this is where the wardrobe should have been as there was no wardrobe. Also there was no vanity in the bathroom - just the sink, so nowhere to put my toiletries. The hotel did not supply hand soap, face washer - the TV did not have free to air channels available. Then when it was time for bed I pulled the top sheet down to reveal the bed had not been made properly with the bottom sheet scrunched up, I pulled it down - It was not long enough to tuck into the base of the bed. Honestly - what kind of hotel are they running here!! All normal supplies you would expect to have available to you in a hotel - pen, paper, soap, shower cap - the list is extensive you have to ask reception to provide them to you. No thanks, I will not be staying here again, or their chain and will not recommend it to any eirther.
