This is not a new Hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay - on arrival the Reception Staff and their cheerful welcome and then all staff encountered gave courteous and excellent customer service. Alex the Breakfast Manager ensured all guests were catered for with a delicious and excellent quality and presentation of the many choices available. Two highlights were the juice press for Oranges and the freshest portion sized Almond Croissants. The Espresso Coffee Machine does need to be serviced as coffee the only disappointment- flavour and not a hot beverage.

View has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Also, amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and towards the CBD. Rooms have everything you need and staff are really friendly.

Staff were very polite, and helpful when needed. Amazing views over the harbour. Parking was one of the cheaper options available compared to other hotels and public transport was very close and super easy to navigate, didn’t use the car for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely keep this hotel high on the list for our next stay in Sydney.
