My room was clean and basic but just what I needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The only issues I had were the bedside lamp didn't work and I could here the bar downstairs until close at 2am which surprised me given it was a Monday night.

The staff are lovely, male bathrooms were a bit questionable but nonetheless was a lovely sty. Note that the tv’s struggled to get a wifi connection.

The manager ,Dean, and bar/reception lady Eluisa were very helpful . The room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/milk and toiletries. After watching the room TV we had a peaceful night . The Ritz is 100m from the Train and bus station as well as the Westfield shopping centre
