Staff was nice and helpful, bartender was great. However they definitely don't like to heat their hallways/pool area! Very cold throughout the hotel. Rooms are a bit dated and could use some updates. But overall it was an ok stay for the price.

The front desk staff seemed as if I was bothering her. The room had sticky coffee stains on the nightstand and by the tv. The hair dryer had fallen off the wall, when I went to the front desk (because I didn’t want to be charged for damage) the same staff from check in had rudely chuckled “you won’t be charged”. The bedding was on sideways and the sheets were popping off the corners. It took the room over 4 hours to heat up with the heat turned to 90. The hotel hallways were freezing the entire time. There were no pool towels so walking the kids back to the room was very cold for them. There was no shampoo in the refillable containers in the shower. Just an all around unimpressive stay for the amount that was paid.

Facility was willing to accommodate and switch rooms for us due to a heating issue in the previous room. Was a great stay! Will stay again! The bar and restaurant attached was fantastic as well!

The first room was dirty with a shower that did not work. Moved to a new room and it was again dirty. Tried going to the "hot tub" just to find room temperature water and jets that barely worked. We checked out just mere hours after checking in and will never be back. Do not stay here.
