Rooms were cleaned and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower was clean, spacious and the water was nice and hot ! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and I appreciated them all ! The breakfast was delicious and I used the 24/7 gym and laundry room. I just didn’t like the community microwave in the hallway. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the Holidays and excellent place to take family pictures .

Good place to stay

The hotel as okay. Nothing extra to mention. The location is in the heart of downtown Sumter. Parking was not as convenient as I’d have liked. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

Hotel is nice, and with it being right on the Main St, there are great dining options within walking distance. Enjoyed stay, but at the high price, I can't give an honest 5 stars because there weren't many perks....it was slightly disappointing that there wasn't any complimentary coffee in the lobby (as most nice hotels offer), and breakfast wasn't included. Still, we did enjoy our stay.
