The parking lot was left unclean after the snow, and as an essential worker, I could not miss work. My vehicle was stuck, so I approached the front desk to ask if maintenance had shovels or tools I could use to free my car. The front desk staff was rude and clearly needs to learn some manners.

The whole hotel needs sprucing as it is showing her age. Carpets felt dirty, smelled (had to call room serice to spray disinfectant) and the mattresses were soft and wired. The bathroom toilets are so low like elementary school. A/C- Heater was very noisy and inefficient.. linens on bed though were clean a good quantity. Also pool looked nice even though I did not get a chance to use.
