Additional Information:
- Events & Gatherings:
Gatherings over 20 guests must be pre-approved by the owner.
Events under 50 guests are allowed with an additional event fee.
Day-use visitors (not staying overnight) are subject to a $50 per person per day fee.

- Pool Heating & Usage:
The pool is heated to 70°F by default. Guests can opt to heat it to 80–85°F for $75 per day (2-day minimum).
The pool is open year-round.

- Housekeeping & Check-Out Options:
Check-out instructions must be followed. If you prefer to opt out, a $100 fee can be paid for cleaners to handle the checkout process.
Top bunks are not pre-made due to time constraints; bedding is provided. Guests can request beds to be made for a $100 fee (48-hour notice required).

- Community Park:
Step right out of the backyard and through a private gate to enjoy the beautiful community park! This open, well-maintained green space is perfect for picnics, games, or a relaxing stroll. The park can also be reserved for private gatherings, events, or parties with a city-issued permit. It’s the perfect extension of the backyard for guests looking to enjoy a little extra outdoor space!

- Security & Policies:
Two security cameras are on the property (above the garage & back porch) for security purposes. Do not tamper with or disable them.

ICE MAKER: Due to previous damage at our property, the ice maker is unavailable to use.

Guests have full access to the house, garage, backyard, and pool area.
