If I could give the staff more stars, I would. The guy working at the front desk on Saturday was exceptionally helpful from check-in through the evening when we were coordinating food 12 people staying at the hotel, half of which were kids. Thanks!

Very disappointed

I don't usually write bad reviews but the stay was a disappointment. I didn't get the room that I booked and was given 2 different reasons why I didn't get it. Although the staff was nice they weren't very informed. I booked a King Suite and was given room with 2 beds and no bathtub. First I was told they overbooked that room so I was bumped then I was told that they no longer have that room to book. The sometimes the side doors didn't work so we had to go all the way to the front to get into our room. There were homeless people hanging out by the doors and because we came in at 10PM I didn't always feel safe. Then at midnight a woman somewhere on our floor had a very loud, lengthy, argument that no one dealt with. This was on top of the room not being very quiet. I will not return to the Hampton Inn or suggest that anyone stay here.
