I had to extend my stay one more night, and the front desk person wasn’t helpful at all. He was more focused on his laptop watching the game while “speaking” to me at the same time; I had to repeat myself a few times so that he understood that I needed to extend my stay. Not only he wasn’t giving undivided attention, he made me move rooms and didn’t honor my rate and gave me a higher one. I won’t be staying here in the future. Upper management needs to train these people better.

The Comfort Inn in Hurricane was the quietest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was spotless and bed comfortable. I would have liked more fresh fruit for breakfast but that’s a minor issue. I’ll be returning.

Best place in town

Needed a place for a quick turnaround trip to sign paperwork for a house we’re building near here. This place is always the best place in town for a comfortable and clean room. Staff is friendly and go out of their way to help every time we are there.

The Comfort Inn located in Hurricane strikes a good balance between distance to Zion National Park and price. It’s not too far from the park, yet the rates are quite reasonable. The hotel offers standard, well-equipped facilities. The only potential issues were that the complimentary lemon water in the lobby had run out and was not refilled, and breakfast was not ready at the scheduled start time. Some guests had to wait in the lobby while the staff were still preparing it. The staff could be a bit more attentive.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always welcoming. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need to start the day. Also, the pleasant scent throughout the hotel makes it feel extra comfortable. Overall, a quiet, cozy, and reliable place to relax after exploring Zion. We’d definitely come back!

I haven’t stayed at a hotel this clean in a while. You can smell the freshness walking into the lobby and down the halls to your room. The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were awesome and very clean.

I spent two nights at this hotel with my family, staying in a room with two twin beds. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good. Zion National Park (Springdale entrance) is only a 30-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel is located in Hurricane City, and there are many food chain restaurants nearby. The Indian restaurant, Red Fort, is about 5 miles away.
