Bankim the tiny indian man at the counter was terrible, ask for room on highest floor possible. asked me 14 floor or 15 floor, i said 15 then he gave me 14 anyway. i arrived to my room and it was dirty, like not cleaned from the person who was staying there before, garbage, towels on the floor, even tip for cleaning lady i went down and he said, i meant to give you floor 15 then after confirming room, said never mind i couldn’t confirm for that room either best room is 1041, didn’t extended any apologies or ask if they can do anything for the inconvenience, when i got to the new room there’s no fridge or sofa. super unpleasant man and very unprofessional. this all happened on christmas, and Bankim wasn’t at all hospitable not even to say happy holidays. should give 0 stars hilton should be ashamed of employing this man and he should be fired.

We stayed one night for an event locally. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed and according to other guests it's been closed for years. While we booked this hotel specifically for the pool/hot tub option. It would have been nice to know it wasn't working or useable. Staff was friendly. We had an issue with heat not working upon arrival. Maintenance was quick to fix the issue for us. Extra linens weren't in room even thought reservation was for 2 adults and 1 child with one king bed. We left early because of the snow. Overall the hotel wasn't bad but also wasn't up to Hilton standards we are used to in other properties. As a traveling sports family we have stayed in many hotels and usually Hiltons have a much higher standard.

Check-in was fast and very friendly. The room was good. My only complaint was a bad shower head. Overall the staff was excellent. They were very friendly, quick to answer any questions and even laughed at my corny jokes!

Room 847 smelled like mold and was very dirt. Stained carpet. 1146 new room was set at 79 degrees and we could not get the room to Cool down.
