The check in process was painfully slow. The person at the desk barely knew how to do anything. He also asked us when we left after checking in where we were going. As if I have to explain myself. But I needed dinner. They also claim to have a business center. They have one computer and it barely works and neither does the printer. The rooms are small and old and stink.

The hotel doesn’t look bad from the outside. When you get inside the staff act like you are a bother to them. The room was dirty and in bad shape. The sheets were dirty and the room had trash in it. The sick area looks like it had seen better days maybe 20 years ago. While I know I did not book a 5 star resort I do expect more for the price I paid. This would be the last place I stay at ever again.

Got to my room TV did not work and the lady at the front desk said some of them are working nothing she could do about it and that she only had one set of hands so nothing was resolved and I spent the night watching my phone instead of a TV absolutely ridiculous that there isn't a maintenance man on property to fix things almost like I stayed at a hotel in a third world country

Staff was extremely cordial and helpful with directions. Pretty little hotel but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The room was not cleaned. Had to return dirty towels for clean, clean the coffeepot of previously used bag and dump trash. Had ants in the microwave bottom that kept coming out when started. Not surprised with the lack of thorough cleaning, sticky crud on baseboards of bed and nothing moved out thoroughly vacuumed. I've seen worse, but really, I pay to have a clean room and bed, towels and bath!!!

Llegué al cuarto sólo estaba el control del TV ., el baño sucio . La ducha sucia .les avisé y o sorpresa no sabían nada . Y que tenían cuarto para cambiarme o llevarme uno y así pasé los dos días . El desayuno terrorífico la mayoría de los comensales tiraban la mayoría de lo que se servían a la basura .
