My experience at this hotel was pretty good. The staff was really nice and attentive. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and clean as well. It was really easy and fast to check in and out. My only complaint regarding my room was that my room didn’t have body soap. My only other complaint was the restaurant experience. I went on Valentine’s Day so of course it was really busy. However, my food was undercooked. I asked for two items on the side of my sandwich. One of the sides was in the sandwich and the other was never brought over. Besides that, the food was pretty good.

I asked for towels, bath tissue, nose tissue and body wash because all of it was out and it was placed outside the rooms door at around 9pm the day before I checked out. I ended up going to purchase everything I needed at the Target near the hotel. The bed sheets were full of boogers and women hair when no women was staying with me. Very horrible service
