Worst experience really bad smell in the rooms and hallways. housekeeping using baking soda on carpet and vacuum and made my throat irritated. Room air conditioner was not working properly and the hot water was extremely hot and burned my Son's hand. this is my first and last time I will never recommend this for anyone to stay in.

Unwelcoming staff, no food options, luke warm shower water, shower shampoo bottles empty, we had a handicapped room that we didn’t need or request, so the shower was off and the bathroom doors didn’t close. Just not nice, wouldn’t return. Went to get ‘pastries’ at their overpriced coffee bar and the $8 croissant was so dry and stale and days old from Costco.

This is a nice property centrally located near great America amusement park Levi Stadium, and the Santa Clara convention center. Unfortunately, I found the service lines like the bar and restaurant, hopefully in adequate and not competitive with other hotels in immediate area having attended the Rolling Stones concert and staying for two nights, the bar was not open until 4:30 in the afternoon. The restaurant has been closed when I arrived at 3 o’clock and there was no store or market to buy snacks or anything. No one calls her day. they did try to scale up, which was fine but they need to rethink how they operate for a Hilton hotel. This is below standard, but I want to end this review by stating that the staff was excellent and trying to turn the Impression around.
