I was in room 141, and there was no hot water: i tried multiple ways to run the water and change the faucet but was still seeing no changes. in the morning the water was luke warm, at night it was cold.

Good, quiet hotel, good for families. Short drive into Santa Barbara. Not very walk friendly so car/cab will be a must to get around.
