Fantastic staff member who helped with me feeling comfortable and at home. Thank you, sir! The room was good size, very clean, and the bathroom was actually fantastic. I'd stay here again.

Great location

Parking was really tight. We got there early and not many cars in lot and got backed into the parking space. Otherwise would have to back all the way out of lot. Room was clean and bed and pillows comfortable. There 3 nights and maid was never in to replace towels or coffee packets. Had to find her cleaning other rooms to get clean towels. Great location though and free parking.

Nice Hotel with Flaws

The rooms are nice, large, and well maintained and furnished except they don’t provide nasal tissues. Really, $185 for a room and no tissues? They have free parking, a rarity in SF, although it’s narrow and tight backing out. The big problem on weekends is there’s a noisy night club next door. Loud, inebriated young people spill out of the bar and hang out on the sidewalk in front of the hotel until 2:30 a.m. Ask for a room away from the street!

Notes for those with fragrance or mildew allergies

Most everything was good although the room had a strong scent of Fabuloso. I am allergic to that type of fragrance but was in a hurry when I booked and forgot to ask whether housekeeping used fragranced products, so the strong odor may have been my fault as the manager may have been able to ask housekeeping to refrain from using Fabuloso. We slept with the window open and the bathroom fan running to bring fresh air inside although that didn't clear out all the fragrance. It seemed the bedding had been washed with Fabuloso. Other than that, the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. One other issue that could be a problem for someone with a mold/mildew allergy is that the room heater showed signs of that when we looked inside of it. (The front cover is easy to remove and replace.)

Basic, no frills

Very basic, but decently clean. Remote for tv broken, would not connect to my device. Hairdryer would not warm up. Tile floor in bathroom uneven and wobbly. Window coverings did nothing to keep light out of room from parking area. Was nice that parking was included and off street. Very close to restaurants and bus line.
