drains in both sink and tub were very slow. In fact, I had to hold the tub drain up with my hand to get it to drain. Notified office next day and they said they would send handyman. There was no note or other indication as to whether anyone actually came. Second day/night the problem remained. furniture is very worn. desk chair look terrible.

The room was new and clean. First night the neighbors next door were screaming till 3am. I called front desk. Hopefully they give me a refund bc I did not sleep and I had my toddler with me. Other than that I liked my stay. Parking was a breeze

The fist thing I did was check the bed... only to find that the linens had not been changed since the last guests slept there. They were crumpled, smeared with mascara & smelled of perspiration. I took a damp cloth and the mascara stains wiped off easily; a clear sign that these linens had not vern washed since someone wearing makeup had been wiping their face on them. I slept fully clothed on a naugahyde couch because I was NOY going to risk getting into that bed. I took photographs within a few minutes of checking in. I am shocked that Expedia recommended such s hotel. Either nobody washes the bed clothes, or after the maids make the bed, someone is either loaning them out or renting out the rooms by the hour. I would be happy to share the photographs. But I have used Expedia for the ladt time.

Nice budget-friendly hotel in older area of San Clemente, close to beach, downtown, lots of restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool looks nice but it’s not warm enough in the offseason so I didn’t brave it. Hot tub felt good however.
