Woke up to a roach on my cup, banging on my door several times while my wife was trying to sleep. I left a note saying i will be checking out 1:30 and that wasn't acknowledged and theres no phone in the room. Upon checking out i asked for a receipt of proof of check-out and the receptionist said he cant and that there wasn't a printer. There's more to the events that occurred and i will be going to corporate about this.

The lobby reeks. The property needs MAJOR updates and repairs. Our plan was a 9 day stay. They had us pay in full up fron. Mever do that. After going into the room, we took a nap, then went to lobby and checked out. Advised them to credit us 8 days. They never did. I called my credit card company and reported fraud. This place sucks bad.

Needed a hotel room for the night after a visit with friends went toolate to travel. Had a great night's rest. Check in and out was easy and the workers were all kind. Breakfast was lackluster but did the job.
