Property is being managed very well. Staff was excellent, goes out of their way to help. Facilitiy is well kept, but is not new. The food in the restaurants was good. The food in the buffet was alright, not very tasty for me. It did have entertainment every night.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The Ocean front room had a magnificent view. Worth the added cost. The buffet had many good options but did not vary much daily. The ala cart restaurants were casual but nice. The entertainment venue moved inside and was not as good as years past. The beach has severely eroded, it's not swimmable and needs repair. there is a very nice beech a short walk North along the Gulf. There are not enough pool chairs. They are reserved early yet infrequently occupied so its next to impossible to enjoy the pool. This practice is against the hotel rules, but it is not enforced.

Staff is excellent, property is easy to get around. We could have gone without a couple of cold showers. The resort is a little smaller than what we typically go to but would definitely recommend and would go again.

I would definitely stay here again! Everyone in the property was so welcoming & helpful when needed. Plenty of food options & even a wonderful sushi bar on the upper level. The beach was a very short walk away. The ferries to Cozumel were within walking distance as well. This property made our 20yrs anniversary extra special by putting a bottle of Champagne & fancy dessert in our room one of the days. We loved it here!!

Hotel staff and proximity to 5th St were definitely the highlights of this trip. Without the amazing staff I would have rated this resort lower. No hot water almost everyday no matter what time you showered, room amenities didn't align with what we were told at booking, and the unkept beach shoreline left a nasty smell in the beach and pool area.

Love the hotel Second time there. A lot of the server very friendly. Some of the ladies that clean around the lobby not to much never smile or said Hola. Breakfast servers very nice all of them well the guys due the omelette some days happy some SoSoSo the ladies omelette super nice Oscar at the Mexican restaurant super nice super nice Brazas restaurant everybody was super nice Italian restaurant too Fernando at the pool excellent got us a cabana and a bottle of Cielo azul super nice. The day of the cabana Fernando came a couple times to make sure we where ok even was not his are . But Wednesday 22 January the server at the pool both gentleman was amazin threat us like king and queen. Last but no least like the entrepreneur the guys due the show and the girls was AMAZING WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE THERE. Entretenimiento crew is AMAZING EVERY SINGLE ONES Ok my room everything was good Beatriz respect our privacy all the time the BED OMG HARD AS A ROCK AND THE PILLOW TOO NO TO GOOD COFEE THE BEST SHOP 9/10 just because the bed and pillow

Property is on a privileged location. Staff is great. I didn’t like only 2 things: 1- specialty restaurants for dinner are not great. Buffet has better options 2- they don’t have parking. You need to pay $60 pesos a day twice to cover 10 am - 10 pm. NOT convenient

Everything was very excellent, great people. Only downside is most of the beach was swept away in a storm last year.

Nice place to stay at, very clean and very friendly staff. The food was pretty good. This resort doesn’t have a good beach, it’s mostly rocky and shallow. We had to go a bit further away from the resort to be able to swim in the ocean.

Very nice resort .Food is decent. Not a party resort but plenty to do locally. My only issue was being talked into spa services that were said to be refundable if I did not use… after several months of phone calls I was told I would receive a refund within 30 days. I did not.
