Beautiful resort! The room had an amazing view with a huge balcony. The food at all the resort restaurants was delicious. Sometimes the wait for a table at the restaurants was excessive, 1.5 hours+. I wish reservations had been available. Pools were cold, but clean. Loved the area with the 3 hot tubs, plenty of room for everyone. The beach area was clean; however, the swimming area was small. But also clear and clean. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff when you could find them were great. But the hotel is understaffed and doesn’t have enough space to properly feed people. Expect to wait 10-20mins to be seated for breakfast and if you don’t line-up at 5:30 before the restaurants open at 6, you’ll end up waiting 2-3 hours to be seated. The pools and grounds are beautiful, the beach left much to be desired and finding a seat at the pool or the beach is almost as challenging as eating. There’s plenty of beautiful 5 star resorts out there, I’d skip this one and enjoy another.

Amazing experience. So much to enjoy on the resort and the good was great! Staff and service was top tier. Secrets resorts are always a good choice.

Balcony view was okay slight view of the ocean Spa was excellent however not being able to reserve restaurants for dinner with somewhat problematic otherwise an excellent hotel would go back

We enjoyed our stay at Secrets Moxche! Great activities and entertainment, very nice and welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and amenities very clean and well kept. Food was also good!

The front activity pool filter was not good, dirty water coming out of jets. The restaurant situation is the worst I’ve ever seen. Some nights there was 45 tables ahead of us. We got seated at 10:30pm. Open up a nightly buffet, we were so disappointed in this, probably won’t return. I’ve been here 2 times and it wasn’t this way. We love the resort, it’s beautiful, that was only concerns. We had a great visit.
