Resort was clean, staff was friendly but food was hit or miss. Drinks were very watered down and they were hit or miss as well. Plenty of activities and the beach was beautiful! Just beware of SO MANY vendors and sales people. You will have to tell the same people no multiple times.

The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic! The room was good - I found two things which weren't optimal: We had to call the front desk to have them disable the auto room power off feature(s); that system was annoying. We were watching TV and the whole room shut off because someone wasn't moving/walking around the room. Secondly, and most important, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong, at all. It would have been nice to have more water pressure than there was.

It was an amazing experience, in this resort. Food desert and drinks were excellent, the place was clean. The resort was huge lots of activities during day and also have lots of fun in night shows. All staffs are very friendly and nice. The beach was clean and no see weeds or stink. Highly recommended.

Would be good to have decaffeinated coffee available in the evening. Shuttle drivers should stick to the posted 10 km limit which is plenty fast with children and old folks walking around

Resort is clean and staff is friendly, beach is great. We found the buffet to be small compared to other places we've stayed at but the food was decent quality. The drinks made at the bars were also just okay compared to other places we've stayed at. We are a family of four with two young children and overall it was okay, but the massive resort was a bit much for little legs. Personally would not go back but nothing really negative to say.

We were so warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived at the resort, our room was clean, the staff were so friendly the entire time, everyone was so helpful and accommodating to anything and everything we needed - The water is filtered through the entire Resort and the food was delicious with our favourite à la carte restaurants being the Mediterranean, Japanese, and Italian restaurants. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation, with tons of activities in the resort, a close proximity to all excursions, and overall just needing to vacation away and to feel fully taken care of and relaxed at the end. We absolutely loved it!

The food was good, rooms were ok we paid for an upgrade but come to find out the rooms are the same so that was a waste of money unless you are upgrading to the Beach. The drinks were terrible compared to other resorts we have stayed at in that area. The beach was extremely crowded and there was only one bar and the line would take you 15 min to get even a juice. There was also a line everyday if you were a little later for breakfast or dinner at the buffet. We were there by 8:30 and solid line for the main one. Good thing there was a second one we found and didn’t have to wait long cause our toddler gets impatient. Overall it was not terrible but we won’t be going back to that particular Iberostar we have stayed at many others in the area that have better drinks, no lines for food and a lot less crowded. It was a pretty resort though, I think the resort next door was probably better we went to a show over there and really enjoyed it.
