The children high chairs were unclean and nonfunctional. They needed to be cleaned and disinfected. There was a plethora of construction debris and high levels of construction noise everyday of our stay.

The room have several problems, no phone work, the staff never renew the beer and coffee no matter that i told them several times, we arrive to the room at 4:30 pm and received our bags at 9 pm after several call. They never fixed the phone so to call for room service we need to call from corridor phone about 100' from our room. my room was 4332 in Viento house

Disliked: Staff & service

Room service is terrible and room was not cleaned daily. Also they never restocked the mini bar even after asking to have it refilled. The restaurants also ran out of food and we were turned away. Too many people not enough staff.
