Didn’t like that there were 5 different versions of the hotel for your status. Wasn’t sure what was for who. Food was ok…nothing to be excited about. Should have more food options by the pool along with restaurants for breakfast besides the buffet. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach.

The resort was very pretty. The staff was very helpful and polite. Their app is a little confusing when trying to follow their generated map to go from one area to another. But overall was a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

I loved the fact that you didn't have to think! I know that sounds silly but you didn't have to think how to get where, where to go to do what--at your service there was someone there, for every step of the way. From the bellboys to the concierge and even just staff cleaning up, everyone knew how to navigate and direct visitors.

The resort is nice, I like that it’s big and never have issue with finding space near the pool or the beach. We did not dine in any of the restaurants, the buffet food was bland and service was average. I am not sure if the higher prices for Lindo were worth it, could get the same experience in their other resorts. I didn’t like that they don’t offer bottled water and ask the guests to use the filtered water fountains instead. The shops are outrageously expensive, paid $11 for a bottle of water.

We loved this trip and the property, but the seaweed on the beach might have us traveling to a different destination. We reserve multiple rooms for our family and were disappointed that the seaweed was so bad and they really didn’t try to remove it for several days

Don’t believe what is advertised

The hotel was decent overall, but the experience was tainted by a major issue. They failed to honor the $400 credit that was promised at the time of booking. I contacted Hotels.com multiple times with no resolution. I also spoke to several hotel staff members about the credit, showed them screenshots and receipts, but nothing was ever done. It's extremely frustrating to waste vacation time chasing something that was clearly advertised but never fulfilled. Additionally, check-in was a hassle—we arrived after a long flight, only to be told to wait until 3 PM, and then asked to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room still wasn't ready. Very disappointing and not the level of service we expected.

This was my first time at an AI Family Resort. Typically I go to adults only properties. The amenities were beautiful. Service and drinks were not that good. All things considered, my child (5) had a blast in the pool and at the beach and we would return.
