I arrived with a group of seven and was told our rooms were unavailable because the roof was “falling in” in our assigned wing and would be fixed the next day. We were relocated to a sister hotel 15 minutes away. The process of checking in, relocating, and repeating the same process the following day cost us two full days of travel time. When I asked staff about the roof issue, no one seemed aware of it, and we never saw any construction or repairs taking place. This raised concerns about transparency and made it feel like the hotel was simply overbooked. While issues can happen, the lack of communication and disruption to our trip made this stay very disappointing.

The room smelled like mold. The walls are paper thin, could hear the people above us every night. Food wasn't great for all exclusive, had to eat off of the resort most days. The resort tries to sell you time shares constantly. There is no water available other than warm mattalic tasting bottle fill stations on the resort. Very disappointed

Overall our stay was good, the rooms need some TLC and beds are hard, there is a bit of a smell and humidity issue at times. But the resort is clean and they have a fantastic beach with good quality seating/loungers.

The staff at the front desk is Amazing I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were . However the hotel falls short it is out of date and is not properly cleaned daily. When I arrived there was no soap in the dispenser I had to ask 3 times before any was delivered to the room. I also noticed when walking through the hallways the hallway were often dirty . At night the back hallway is poorly lit . The buffet food was sub par I would not recommend this hotel if you are expecting a high quality stay . This hotel is perfect if you are on a budget
