The property was well maintained and the service staff were amazing. The buffet options were delicious and there was always a lot of variety at every meal. We had a great family vacation!

Everything was great, we love the rooms and the pool in building 4. Food was great, and the service. Not a lot of beach, but we loved the pool at the beach. Overall great trip.

I recently stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradise for 7 nights and it was absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The property was extremely clean, and everything felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The food was very good with a nice variety, and I really enjoyed the fact that the whole atmosphere was chill and slow-paced, perfect for truly relaxing. The evening shows were also great entertainment and added a fun touch to the nights. The only downside for me was that the drinks tended to be a bit on the watery side, but aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations. Overall, it’s a fantastic place if you’re looking for relaxation, good food, and a laid-back environment.

DAY 1: Issued an occupied room. Did not settle in until 5 p.m. and was upgraded to a jacuzzi room. DAY 3: rain flooded my room. Had to change rooms: upgraded to a jacuzzi with pool view. Guess services was great in helping out.

Room was old and smelly, Very old used mattress uncomfortable pillows. Buffet food is very very bad. Three of us have stomachache and diarrhea. Never coming back there.
