Ken, Daniela, and the entertainment crew were truly amazing. The bowling team and bartenders were wonderful, and the foam party was a highlight of the trip. The staff we interacted with on a day-to-day basis were friendly, fun, and genuinely hardworking. Unfortunately, the beginning of our stay was very rough. There were a lot of frustrations with the hotel experience and dining, and many amenities came with additional costs that were not clearly communicated upfront. Reservations were difficult to secure, and the overall coordination felt stressful rather than relaxing. We even tried to extend our stay by one to two days to salvage the experience, but that process was also extremely difficult, so we ultimately decided to leave early. While the entertainment and service staff truly stood out, the hotel itself was disappointing and ended up being our least favorite all-inclusive resort we’ve stayed at.

Our experience was once again wonderful, staff is very welcoming and beyond attentive. Just a suggestion- maybe a different variety of food from day to day for dinner at the buffet would be nice, we were there 7 days and felt like it was the same food options daily.

The resort was great: good restaurant variety, very nice buffet, quite decent bars. Overall great aesthetics. Amazing staff, friendly environment. Rooms are spacious and airy. The pools are good, kids areas looked fun if you are traveling with children (many great activities for kids, as well as a solid food options for picky eaters). The beach is not the greatest, but we did enjoy the ocean nonetheless (mildly rocky bottom)

Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. We loved eating at Amaranto. There were enough options for everyone, loved the souvenir shop, the night show and live band and of course the beach. Every hotel staff member was very welcoming, sweet and helpful. All in all it was a great experience. The only suggestion would be if you can make sure there are no insects or bugs in the rooms. There were a few cockroaches in our room which made us a little cautious about our luggage being infected. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!
