The receiving stuff is very welcoming and they established a WhatsApp channel of communication that worked well to reserve restaurants, bell boy to pick luggage’s at check out etc. The rest of stuff isn’t very friendly, the structure is very run down and not very clean. Food is quite below average and restaurants are very small so if you don’t make a reservation (even for the ones that don’t require a reservation) you will eat at the Buffett everyday. AC in the Room are very loud, and the hot tub on the balcony didn’t work. The Buffett area is full of birds that will defecate on chairs and tables. The sport bar had a roof leak and it would essentially rain inside the bar. These are just few of the things but I would never stay there again.

Large and well maintained hotel with beach access and multiple pools. Our room was quite spacious and the amenities were in line with our expectations. The dining options were quite good and we enjoyed every meal we had. The only con was that the bathrooms were a bit old and were not very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi in our room was old and chipped and had dirt/hair when we arrived.

So many restaurants and great foods They need more staff the wait is longer than need to be They need more attention to details We emailed several time this is our birthday and no prep was done Normally you get a note or chocolate send to room Even when we said to restaurant no one acknowledged it and send cake But still great visit and we love to be back

We had a fantastic stay here. The food was very good for an all-inclusive with a number of nice/varied restaurants, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pools/pooldecks/beach/grounds were all immaculately maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable with responsive housekeeping, and there was a great variety of facilities and activities. No complaints at all!

Overall, beautiful property with nice pools and a wide selection of dining options. Management went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Juan from the timeshare aspect of the property was delightful and so kind to us. The only negative thing I have to say is about the spa. My partner and I had massages booked through the timeshare deal and second massage booked through a management coupon and both times we were not given the same hospitality as other hotel guests. Maybe because we weren’t paying out of pocket for the massages, the one woman at the front Anastasia refused to provide a locker for our belongings both times yet other guests were provided lockers. They have you fill out a survey after the massage and I would have given them a 1 star rating for each question asked but did not because I felt bad for the masseuse although we were not welcomed the same way as others, were not offered a welcome drink and were refused a locker both times. Aside from the spa, the rest of the resort and service was on par and we would return to this resort in the future.

The property was stunning and exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the numerous amenities offered. While there were some minor drawbacks, the positive aspects far outweighed them. We opted for the Privileged Package, which granted access to exclusive features such as a private pool, restaurant, and butler service. Our butler was attentive and responsive to our needs, though there were occasional delays when he was off-property. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious cuisine. However, I did encounter an issue with roaches in two of the restaurants, including an incident where one jumped on me. Although this was unsettling, the staff handled the situation professionally, upgrading my dining options as a gesture of goodwill. Despite this, my overall experience was highly enjoyable. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out, and there was always something to do, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere where it was easy to connect with other guests. I would rate my stay a 9/10 and would gladly return, understanding that occasional issues can arise.

I loved how the here’s was air conditioned and airy. Good art work and very welcoming. Everyone Ella’s so nice! The beach was amazing and clean, the food excellent, all amenities were great. Especially the bowling Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner, there was hair in the bathtub, and the shower cap, after I used it, realized it was used and full of mould. The tennis courts could have used a little upkeep but otherwise good.

Resort was 4/5. There are 4 wings of rooms: Daisy(family side, closest to lobby), El Beso(adults only), Privilege, and Eden(closest to the ocean). I think with Privilege you have access to all the pools. Adults only you have to all except Privilege. And Daisy and Eden you only have access to both pools. One thing I noticed was a lot of the El Beso & Privilege patrons were at our Eden pool. They said it was a better vibe and more fun for them. There are a lot of restaurant options. There is one beach front with a pool also. Sports bar turns into a disco after 10pm, very fun. The whole resort, front lobby to beach, is around a 10 min-ish walk, but then also have drivable transport available all day. Pool side bars are open from 10am-6pm, pool open til 8pm. Me and my wife are already planning to come back to this resort! Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise was a mixed bag! Pros: - Gorgeous property. The grounds are very lush. The beachfront is beautiful, there's a lot of great pools, and the buildings are stylish. There's plenty of comfortable areas to lounge and relax. - The food was decent. At all the meals we found something that was tasty. - Some of the staff were great. Our concierge Aylin was super helpful, which was much needed for help with getting restaurant reservations. We also had some friendly staff at some of the restaurants, occasionally. Cons: - They advertise like 9 restaurants. But these are so often closed or have ridiculous hours. It was annoying to know what restaurants are open at any given time. The app doesn't allow you to filter by "what is open now", which would be one simple and huge improvement. But, the app often wouldn't match what was open in reality. Half the nights of our stay we just ended up eating at the buffet because of this annoyance. Our concierge was helpful in getting reservations, but overall it shouldn't be so hard to do so. - The staff was overall not that pleasant. It doesn't seem like they're there to show hospitality. They weren't rude, by any means, but I didn't get the vibe that most folks were happy about their jobs. Wish we would have had more friendly, positive exchanges! I don't think this is a bad place to stay and I loved the natural environment, but the staff and the restaurant / dining UX needs work to make it more relaxing.

El lugar está increíble, le falta un poco de mantenimiento a ciertas cosas pero no quita que los cuartos están increíble, que las albercas están súper bien y que los restaurantes la comida deli. Me hubiera encantado cenar en sakura pero lamentablemente tuve un problema con la señorita que hace las reservaciones y no pude tener una a lo largo de mi estancia. I liked that the resort was very easy to get around in. Everything was very convenient. There is a lot of activities for kids, so it is very kid friendly. Even though we didn't bring children, we may do that in the future as there would be lots for them to do. We appreciated the low pressure sales. We understand the resort wants to sell time there, but we were not pressured to attend a presentation. We were asked once and when we refused, we were left alone. This is a big deal for me. The little shops in the resort were pretty reasonably priced. Unless you needed sunscreen, but that isn't a change from anywhere else we have been. The spa was reasonably priced compared to other places we have been. There were lots of choitfor things to do, they had daily evening entertainment, and carried it on after the show outside. Unlike some places where you feel everything just shuts down at 10 pm. All in all, I would give the resort a good review. We had a good time and would go there again.
