The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again

Staff super friendly. Property is beyond gorgeous with so much greenery jungle like feel and all the wildlife. Buffet food is mid but if you’re able to make reservations to the other food options is great! Buffet/restaurant hours are weird so there are gaps where there is no food available, they should provide some food carts while they have those turnover closures.

Wonderful experience for the whole family. We especially loved the tour on the ATV’s with the Cenote. Snorkeling wasn’t very good due to Sargasm changing the water to brown. The hotel had everything you could want to do with kids, great staff everywhere trying to please you in every way. The only negative was lobby not air conditioned but all in all a wonderful experience!
