I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's a great getaway with lots of restaurant options and very close to the beach. Although advertised as adults only, there are kids on the resort, and designated "adults only" sections, pools, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Enjoyed our stay with our swim up pool room. That was the best add on we did. Food was good and decent portion sized at all restaurants. There was a small room service menu but was very fast. Lots of animals around the resort. The crocodile brings lots of mosquitoes so bug spray is a need. All staff was nice and bar service was quick at all bars. Check in and out were fast and easy.

Andrea was the absolute BEST, she assisted with each part of my stay. She deserves a raise if we’re being honest. Additionally the rooms are top tier and it’s always activities going on to stay engaged. The food was on point? Shrimps, fish everything. One of the resorts I’ve visited this year with swims up bar in the pool and swim out pool from my room. Definitely will return.

Our 3rd time staying at an Ocean property and 2nd time staying at the adults only El Beso. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Our room was spacious clean and we loved that we had a bath tub as well as separate shower. The balcony facing the pool was great. Food was great and drinks. We just wish there was more lively entertainment on the adult only side. Even the music playing during the day was rather low, we would have preferred a more lively party vibe considering it was adults only. The property was expansive but not super huge so easy to get around and shuttle was a great plus.

The resort was beautiful and my room was more than expected. The only downside was the racoons and coati that were running through the resort and they even came in restaurant trying to get food from off table or from guest. They were not harmful just overwhelming. The staff did try to get us to attend a presentation to sell there "timeshare" options. They were a little aggressive with it.
