Excellent customer service! All staff were very friendly and made us feel like home! Everywhere was clean and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job in keeping everywhere and everything nice and tidy! We love our swim out room! While it was quite busy by the pool, we enjoyed our privacy while still enjoying the beautiful sun and pool (river) that’s wide and long enough to enjoy swimming and suntanning in the water! We tried the French restaurant Bordeaux and it’s wonderful; Italian called Postino and it’s really really good (our favourite); the burgers at the Barefoot Grill by the pool were excellent; pizza was great also… lunch at seaside grill wasn’t impressive at all… and breakfast at the World Cafe was good. There’s a gentleman who made great latte at Coco Cafe! Would love to come back again!

Great food, great service, and very clean. Staff was attentive, friendly, and ready to meet our every need. We especially enjoyed Coco, Himitsu, and room service. We enjoyed the turn down service and treats in our room. We had a swim up room which was relaxing and peaceful. So many wonderful things about this resort!

Beautiful property with amazing food. Chairs at the pool get taken very early in the morning and if you don't get one, won't get one all day

The staff go out of their way for all guests at the resort. The service, food quality/choices, the amazing resort amenities, and the breathtaking beach will have us returning soon!!! This resort exceeded our expectations for sure!

Had a great stay but be careful when they try to upgrade you.False promises of moving for the last 4 days on ocean view. They said they needed more money, which was never discussed. I probably won't be back because of it.

We had an amazing week at Secrets Maroma Beach. So so beautiful. The staff were so nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Excellent food, especially the Asian restaurant. We would definitely go back! The only improvement would be more beach and pool seating with shade. However the staff did their best to provide more umbrellas.

The property is a very beautiful setting and is keep immaculately. Every one of the staff go above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. There are numerous resteraunt options and pool/beach side options. We highly recommend!
