This property was amazing! It was immaculately manicured and staff was so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and they even had 4 pillow choices. Ac worked great and despite high humidity room still smelled fresh. Absolutely everything was included without hidden charges. Long Hyatt club sales pitch but not a bad deal if you travel a lot. Not much night life but if you are looking for the quiet couples time and a beautiful place to read your book, this is the place. We enjoyed all the restaurants but our favorite was Hymatsu. Whether you ordered ala cart or hibachi some of the best Asian food we have had. Best sushi we have had in a long time. Loved that you did not need reservations. Highly recommend!

The overall vacation experience at the restaurants could have been wonderful, but the seating policy was extremely disappointing. We went as a group of 4 couples and were met with slow and non-accomodating hostess. Our request of seating together was simply ignored. Our seating were mostly 4-4 or 4-2-2, which significantly impacted your enjoyment. For a Hyatt franchise, we expect good hospitality and flexibility. This issue must be corrected. It's hard to imagine returning to the facility for vacation.

Everything was great. I highly recommend it. Food was delicious, staff was attentive to detail, place was clean and beautiful, and the bar had many options and good alcohol to pick from. It is a great place for a romantic weekend, girls’ trip, or just to get away with sophistication.

Overall, not a bad experience. Service staff were incredible. Food was mediocre and seemed to be penny pinching quite a bit. There are also hidden up charges throughout the whole experience. The biggest negative was the pushy sales person at check in. We were pushed into a “breakfast presentation” with no tiger details even when asked. We were offered $500 credit at the spa for attending. Turns out, they just reorganize the bill to only give a small discount from original price. The presentation was a sales pitch on their scheme similar to a time share. We tried to leave multiple times when things got pushy. It took around 3 hours of our vacation time. When we walked out to leave, I had a quick work call to make. They saw the opportunity to corner my wife and continue their high pressure sales on her which made her very uncomfortable. The whole shady sales experience was enough to leave a bad taste in our mouth. We will not be returning to any Hyatt resort again. From further research, all Hyatt resorts behave the same.

The dining options were excellent. The property was well maintained and clean inside and out. My favorite thing was the staff. Always friendly and helpful, always. The person that helped us the most was our concierge Marco. Always smiling, greeting and helping. He made our stay for seven nights wonderful. I would recommend this getaway to anyone.

Inside property amazing all the staff are great and very attentive to your needs. The up selling of joining vaca club very unnecessary. I don’t need to be sold at and hour long breakfast and tour, for it. The amenities and grounds are excellent. Restaurants were amazing.

Absolutely loved my stay! While I was only there for two days (I flew in for my best friends wedding at the resort) it was such a lovely time!! It’s a beautiful resort, full of relaxation and delicious food (highly recommend the ribeye tacos). But the staff are what really makes the experience one of a kind and unforgettable! They are so friendly and eager to help and will go above and beyond for you. The rooms are stunning as well! I had a tropical view suite and it was stunning and so relaxing! I will most definitely be back next summer!
