We were so excited about trying out this property because we heard so many fun reviews about it. We stayed at the Arte adult only hotel. I stayed with my family including two sons ages 21 and 25. We were all pretty disappointed about the overall stay and were all pretty surprised about the hype. The rooms were nice and when we could get into a restaurant the food was pretty good. The buffet served the same thing every single day and night. The alcohol and service was good. They need ore guidance on how to set up the parks and restaurants. We were told we could not go to several of the parks because it was full ? Why did we pay to stay here if that was the case? We were not able to get into all the restaurants and it was NOT because it was too busy. There was 0 night time shows or entertainment so that made for a pretty boring evening...every night. We were there over New Years Eve and were told there was no special show or dinner unless you wanted to pay an EXTRA $250 PER PERSON. This seemed pretty ridiculous. The parks we were able to go to had some fun things. The water slide and the zip lining was fun. The other things to do at the parks just seemed like a local theme park for young kids. I would not go back to this resort. We were all very disappointed.

Staff what the best! Always ready to help! The room was spotless, and daily cleaning was super! Tons to do, always felt very safe at the parks and resort. All the food was top notch! Even during the busy season (which we were in) was never crowded anywhere we went!

The room and amenities are amazing. Beware of one thing. We emailed the hotel prior to our stay about a couple requests to which they said yes to but once at the resort things changed. They don't say no until it comes to it. They also seem to be a bit unorganized with some of their management but i guess its normal considering the size of the property
