This was our second trip to the resort and things have gone downhill since our first visit. The property is beautiful. The staff were not very helpful or accommodating and I no longer recommend this resort.

My brother, sister, and myself, all in our 70s, took advantage of so much here at the resort. It’s over the top amazing in every way. The beauty, walk ability, dining options, assistance from staff and so much more! We plan to go back Again and again! There’s so much to do we couldn’t fit it all into five days! We zip line, drove a TVs at night, engaged in experiences that are so unique! The food was delicious!

I god a swim up suite for my last night and I woke up to there being no water in the pool. Apparently was a daily pool cleaning (which they failed to mention when they said it was a 24 hour pool) but the bottom of the pool and filter were DISGUSTING there is no way they clean it every day. Also, there is no hard alcohol in the room like other places. ALSO cant get a drink anywhere til 10am. ALSO there is no beach access, it's all rocks. ALSO my first room had ants. ALSO the staff is not accommodating at all and refused to give me any reparations for a swim suite that I cannot swim in. They treated me horrible when i complained and when Expedia tried to call them on my behalf, Maria refused to speak to them. Expedia was very helpful and will continue to try and get me something for the inconvenience, but its a shame that my anniversary turned out like that. I will never come back here. Also after seeing the pool, I wouldn't get in now anyway. For whatever reason it won't let me post pictures but it's gross. Like.... disgusting.
