Rui Palace was one the best all inclusive resorts that I have stayed at in Playa Del Carmen. The resort is located in a gated residential neighborhood. The grounds and property are immaculate. The pools were easily accessible and the beach was in close proximity. There are plenty of dining options. Our room was cleaned daily and to our surprise we received a towel animal each day also. We took a trip to celebrate my birthday. The evening of my actual birthday, our room was decorated with balloons, birthday towel people and a cake. All compliments of the hotel. Rui Palace deserves a 10/10 for both resort and staff.
