This was our 2nd stay at this resort and we will come back for more. The adults only shows at night are very fun and engaging. We loved our swim out room at building 3 because it was close to the main pool with all activities and music. Entertainment during the day was excellent, however, some activities were cancelled to rainy weather. Shout out to Rhamses, Joni, and Luna from the entertainment team for making our stay comfortable and fun. Also, Bryan from Yucatan buffet was the best waiter ever. We will definitely visit again.

We loved our swim-out, the entertainment at night was good, and the beach was nice. The negatives were: poor quality and selection of meals for room-service, no self-serve drinks, no towels at beach or pools, only one beer on tap, and not a great selection of restaurants. Didn’t feel like a 5 star.

For an all-inclusive, you were required to buy something to get what you already paid for. To sit at a certain table, I was required to buy a bottle of wine (we don't drink wine) at the steakhouse. I was required to buy lobster for teppanyaki. No one else at my table was required to purchase it, so that was a little heart breaking and felt scammed. Drinks were good and the bartending staff did a nice job. Food was by far the biggest disappointment. The buffet didn't follow its own schedule and often times wasn't open for lunch/dinner on time. The food seemed like it was sitting under the heaters for hours. Most of it was very dry. The steak house used meats I would feed my dogs, Teppanyaki chicken and lobster required water to wash it down. Pasta was watery and flavorless at the Italian restaurant. Room service was probably the "best" food at the resort but took forever to get after ordering. Much of the staff seemed crabby or not happy to be there. Woke one morning to find a bunch of empty cups and dirty plates sitting around the pool near our neighbor's room from a previous evening. We will not be returning or recommending this resort or any sister locations to anyone.

This was our second time visiting this resort because we really enjoyed our first time however, this time around, we felt like the service had declined specially in the restaurants and some of the bartenders at the swim up bar. We tried having steaks a couple of nights at different restaurants and they could just not cook them right. The temperature of the meat was always wrong. We sent to the Japanese restaurant and we got no service. Other people being seated after us were getting service. We kept asking for a menu twice which we never got. We got a drink but no one checked back to see if we wanted more. We left the restaurant The bartenders on the family side of the resort where absolutely incredible but that was not the same experience on the adults only side. We took another couple with us because we enjoyed our first time so much and we were sorely disappointed. Our friends were having issues getting towels for the beach as well Still have to give credit to the rest of the staff who were amazing and very helpful to everyone The resort is beautiful and beautifully kept. Very clean

We first checked in with Jorge who provided fast service and was very polite and easy to deal with. He gave us a complimentary drink and a room upgrade. He was able to explain the resort to us in a manner that was very easy to understand. I will say that my wife and I have been to Mexico quite a few times now at many different resorts and this was by far the best for food/drinks, quiet resort, staff friendliness. Now let’s get to the shows they put on at night. Wow they were amazing. I can’t believe how well done they are! The actors/dancers are phenomenal at what they do. We have already recommended to friends and family that this is the place to be in Mexico. I could go on for a long time but whoever is reading this should defintely attend this resort. We will be back and that’s a guarantee!

I truly think that this is a beautiful, underrated resort. The wildlife didn't bother me at all. You also get access to two other sister resorts. This resort does a lot as far as guest entertainment (movies, parties, other events) with that rooms on the “party side” are definitely louder. My only con was the food. Flavor wasn't really there and during certain times you will be extremely limited on whats available.

We had a great 5 days! The staff was very helpful and considerate. The beach was fairly private and peaceful. A little walk down to the family side of the resort afforded a nicer swimming area. Most of our dining was above average. We realized on our last day that the restaurants on the family side were available to us by reservation. Maybe worth looking into. The night shows in the theatre were fantastic! We were happily suprised at the quality of the performers. Overall a great week!

Great staff service. Wide range of restaurants not needing reservations. Great variety of foods. Loved the shuttle that would take you to the sister resort.

Loved it! Maybe because we came off season but the staff were super nice and friendly! The buffet food was delicious! Would definitely recommend going to one of the stations where they cook fresh food like tacos burritos. LOBSTER !, yes lobster, omelets whatever it may be for the day. Love the Mimosa type cocktails for brunch. Staff was amazing! Had a great experience will definitely come back. Con... Like most hotel rooms that we stayed at in Mexico and Caribbean the rooms are musty and the sheets are damp/moist. But guess that's what you have to contend with in those areas. Also be careful when leaving your patio door open at night the mosquitoes will get in and eat you alive.

Everything was greats Needs a games room with pools tables, ping pong table, foosball table , darts board, board games , cards . Something that guess can access 24/7 without being part of the entertainment activities.
