Absolutely beautiful property! Felt intimate and quiet while still offering plenty of programs and activities. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even providing a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolates on the second evening of our stay because we told them at check in that we were celebrating an anniversary. All of the food we had was amazing, but our favorites came from the taco cart by the main pool and the ceviche at the beach bar. Beach was impassable with all the seaweed but we were still able to enjoy our morning coffee on the beach under the cabanas. Main pool had a steady flow of activities, but we preferred the swim up pool despite being on the 3rd floor.

The staff was amazing.. while you can expect a gift shop to be pricy… $10 for a small Red Bull, $28 for a small sunscreen and $26 for a small aloe lotion is a bit extreme. The entertainment was great and the rooms were comfortable. The Spa was AMAZING.. Ana and Evelyn made the massage portion of romantic package perfect and the steam room/dry sauna and hydro therapy pool were just perfect for us..

I would definitely recommend this resort - the food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. I liked that there was 24 hour room service and huge choice of food varieties in the buffet. The property was pretty quiet and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the beach - as it had a lot of sea weed and it smelled bad. Would not recommend it for swimming. But overall, great experience!

We loved our stay at Platinum Yucatan Princess! The swim out rooms at this property were fantastic. We also enjoyed the food at this resort, especially the Japanese and Italian restaurants. We were unfortunately there during sargassum season, but the staff was very vigilant about attempting to clean it up. We also enjoyed the shows in the theater each night. We would definitely consider a return trip to this resort.

Everything was great! Id definitely stay there again. The only thing that was disappointing was the beach. There was a storm a few days before our arrival and made the beach have ALOT of seaweed therefore making the beach smell gross and unsuitable to swim. Other then that. It was great.

The hotel was beautiful! Great decor and ambiance. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was amazing in all restaurants including the buffet. Shot out to the entertainment crew for always keeping us entertained in the pool and also with the evening shows. I was truly disappointed with my stay. I came for a friends wedding and the beach smelled worse than you can imagine. Literally stepped off of the shuttle dropping us off at the resort and even from the lobby the smell was outrageous. The main individual organizing the weddings genuinely one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. A wedding is meant to be such a special day and we flew in to DJ the wedding specially for this couple and the wedding planner named
