First off there was nothing I didn't like everything was 5 star. First class all the way. If you DO Not want to be treated like a King or Queen do not stay here go find a motel 6 or something because this is next level Service 💯.

This day was absolutely amazing, the service was outstanding. I have never been to a resort like it anywhere and I’ve been to Tahiti. I’ve been to Japan. I’ve been all over the world and this was the most amazing stay that I have ever experienced. I would encourage Anybody to. do the all-inclusive plus and they really mean Plus.

Unique was only restaurant at Palafitos Ocean was not swimmable and smells around the area on the beach not so good ( poor conditions in that department), room didn’t have iron, around the pool no one is asking for drinks, cleanliness at the pool poor. Staff was very nice, courteousness, and polite. Greatest time staying in over water bungalow. Great food all around the resort. The seaweed patches were big but resort cleaned them up very fast.
