Really comfortable stay and the staff were really excellent, give them 6 stars. Maybe invest in some better in room tv entertainment more in line with 2025, relaxing/resting in your room to free to air ads got very boring

Another excellent stay. Great position- walk into Queenstown. Very comfortable room, plenty of space and great views over the lake. Staff very welcoming. Easy parking on site. Only negative was lack of housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels and no bed making etc. Not a game changer though.

Front house lied about drainage piping handbasin in Bathroom,when i asked for it to be fixed , they made out it wasn't a problem. bathroom sink blocked , awful trying to use. No microwave in room, would of been handy. Restaurant english spoken girl waitress EXTREMELY RUDE to me when i asked for fresh scrambled eggs, Bainmarie eggs was VERY oily , gone brown & side bainmarie crusty , poor buffet , for same money we ate elsewhere out of the hotel with polite service.
