We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here. Very comfortable rooms with kitchenette, nice view of the lake, friendly helpful staff, very good breakfasts, and great convenient location to the Queenstown waterfront for all the dining and shopping options. Highly recommend.

The property was in good shape. The receptionist at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Main issue isnthe breakfast support fr. We stayed for 2 days and on bothe days we had to leave at 6:30 am for tours. The restaurant opens at 6:30 and we wanted to pick up some food but the two staff members there were very rude. Treated us with no respect or understand our needs. They are not fit to be in the service business.

Room was amazing with great views. However the 2 bedrooms get really hot since there is no AC in the bedrooms and the sun is super hot with the windows. The dinning room area had AC. Service of the staff was great and restaurant below was excellent too!

Excellent location just a few steps from Queenstown’s center. The property is modern and well-designed, and the rooms are equipped with all comforts, including a small kitchenette. The only downside was the cleanliness, which unfortunately wasn’t great — they didn’t vacuum the room for at least two days. A pity, because everything else was very good. On a positive note, the hotel has an excellent restaurant with delicious desserts. Recommended!

Initially happy with our room and lovely view of the mountains. Useful having the washer/drier in the bathroom. Our only complaint was with the air con. It malfunctioned and constantly turned itself on and off all night, whatever setting we changed. There was no reset function or option to completely turn the AC system off. This kept us up all night, and when we went down to reception to complain, unfortunately no one could come to look at it until the following day and we were unable to move to another room.

We had a king room with a view of the lake. It was not a large room, but it was very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. We could walk to shops and restaurants and tourist attractions, which was a big plus in a busy town with limited parking.

Not so good. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room is very small, no safe deposit box. No fried eggs available in buffet breakfast and barrister made coffee is extra.
