Good location, handy for town and transport. Room service very ordinary and was never completed before the specified 4 p.m. Bins were missed and soap, coffee, milk etc not always replenished. It appeared to be staffed by unskilled backpackers. How hard would it be to train people properly and give them check-lists to follow? But that comment could apply to Queenstown generally.

It was a 10 minute walk to the town down through the Queenstown Gardens which made it a convenient place to stay for the price. Parking needs to be reserved in advance as on-street parking is limited. I felt safe walking back to the hotel at night in beautiful Queenstown.

Great place to stay, walking distance to everything Comfy beds, 1 bdrm apt great size (although wardrobe a little pokey) Staff polite & helpful - room was ready before check in time Awesome service & pizzas at Coco Cabanas

While the location was great, the entrance was a little hard to find. Staff were ok but not helpful. As there was a "boil notice" on the water I would have expected that you would provide at least 1 bottle of water in the room. I am sure that the shop in the hotel would have like the increase in sales. Disappointed that there was not parking for me either and gave no real direction as to the location of where to park.

There is a drinking water dispenser in our lobby and a bottle refilling station so I can assure you all our guests have a source of enough drinking water during the Council boil water notice. The cafe in our lobby is not a part of our hotel and their revenue is not our business.As mentioned on the booking website for everyone to get familiar with there is a basement parking available which needs to be booked if you'd like to use it.Kind Regards

All good. But please check the lint filter in the washing machine. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out for months. It was about 7mm thick of wet lint.

The building and fitout is very basic. Internal structural frames cut down the usable floor area. Furniture is quite budget and basic. Great location. Won’t be using Ramada again.
