Staff were fantastic and the hotel is in a great position just a few minutes walk to the lake. We enjoyed the good sized room with very nice bathroom and the breakfast buffet was very good. It was my daughter’s birthday, the hotel provided her a food platter and a card. We’ll definitely keep this hotel top of the list for our next visit to Queenstown
