Honestly this hotel really needs updating for Demanding 100 hold on a card With a very outneeded building tape holding the carpets down in hallway They heat/ac unit running really loud sounds like was going to die the running Toilet all night the not so functioning jetted tub and the hallway smelling like someone crapped in the hall somewhere.. oh the massage chairs that need fixed or replaced... i have stayed at this hotel many times over the 23 years i lived in the area and nothing has changed with the interrier.. time for this new owner to step up and fix it up replace stuff not just put tape on it... I also love the no pet signs everywhere and peolpe have them in there..

The carpet in the massage room looked like it needed to be vacuumed and there was a used water bottle on the table for two days. The paint on the wall behind the headboard had lots of chips where the white was coming through the dark wall, it gives the impression that the hotel isn't maintained very well. The bed was okay for one night, but it wasn't a great mattress. The hair dryer didn't get hot and we couldn't get the in-room coffee pot to work. All of that to say what could be improved. The parts that we liked was that our room felt clean, we appreciated that our dog was welcome to stay with us, the breakfast had a lot of options and plenty of food, the coffee in the lobby was Keurig which was nice, Stash tea, real creamer (not powder), and helpful staff. We thought it was a fair price for the room. We'll stay again.
