I have stayed at several all inclusive resorts over the past 30 years. This resort is now at the top of my favorite list due to location downtown Playa Del Carmen, the stunning view from our oceanside room, the food, the staff. Loved the grab and go food/beverage option, coffee bar and ice cream parlor. Our room is also at the top of my favorites for an all inclusive. We will be back with friends and family.

Overall, we had a great stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities and food were very enjoyable. The adults-only atmosphere and location were definite highlights. The only downside was the room size. Although we paid the same price and had the same package/bundle as the rest of our family, our room was noticeably about half the size of theirs, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and we still had a very pleasant experience.

Amazing stay from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Amazing stay! Wish the room service ran during the late hours latest was 11pm and the bar closed at 12am a few people mentioned it felt like a seniors place to stay and I agree. The crowd was a bit older crowd with a few younger people here and there.
