Near the beach, some toilets missing handles to flush and seats. No toilet paper. Your guests have to put their hand in the tank to flush the toilet. Ceiling peeling in restaurant near pool. These are minor repairs. Unacceptable that these are not taken care of. Towels never properly replenished in room. No soap, until the last day, bath mats instead of hand towels. There were cockroaches in my fridge and bathroom. And I got severe food poisoning. Nowhere near 5 star!!

Pros about this property: clean quiet spacious. Lots of pools and swim up bars. The beach was nice with lots of shaded loungers. The food was good and the buffet had different options each night. Staff overall was very friendly and attentive. The entertainment was very enjoyable. Cons: a couple of the restaurants we wanted to try were closed. The steakhouse we tried was sub par. The steaks are thin and low quality, tough. We decided to cancel our other reservations because it didn’t seem like the food wasn’t any better than the buffet and just wasn’t worth the hassle. The shopping was ok but pricey. The room service was a little inconsistent a couple of times we had to call and have coffee packs brought to the room but they were prompt about it. Overall a good experience!

Everything you would expect from an all-inclusive The food was typical for this type of establishment lots of variety, not the tastiest Was not overcrowded and very easily accessible to multiple bars and food areas Including one on the beach for both They take very good pride at keeping this place immaculate The pool is not oversaturated with chlorine and is very clean All day long, we are picking up things and cleaning up the property everywhere looks remarkably well-maintained I would go back again👍

Beautiful, quiet, clean. Not much for nightlife. Expensive to do any activities on the beach or excursions. They don’t have monkeys any more :(
