All of the staff were polite and we're always working. The food can be hit or miss at the restaurants and the buildings are showing some age but was a fantastic place to relax and let your spouse be pampered.

I had a wonderful time at the Grand Riviera Princess. It was exactly what I wanted - very relaxing and quiet. The staff were amazing, the property was lovely and the transportation around the property was very helpful. The restaurants were very good, but the buffets were slightly disappointing. I highly recommend upgrading to "platinum status" for a minimal price - as 24 hour room service is also included. It was a great vacation.

I absolutely loved our accommodations, as we stayed in the beautiful villas that offered a serene and comfortable atmosphere. However, I found that most of the dining options were underwhelming; the food didn't quite hit the mark. The hibachi restaurant, with its lively atmosphere and delicious grilled dishes, and the Chill Out restaurant, which offered a delightful menu, were the standout exceptions to our dining experience. The staff members were generally friendly, but I noticed that their level of helpfulness varied. If you weren’t interacting with the concierge in the villas, it could be a challenge to get the assistance you needed. During our vacation, my wife required medical attention, and I was relieved to discover that the resort has an on-site doctor. This doctor was absolutely fantastic, providing exceptional care that helped ease our worries during our stay.

It was a great vacation, the hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. Over all it was very clean and well kept. Our room was cleaned and made almost everyday. The only downside about the hotel was it being pretty outdated. On terms of the food overall pretty good. Buffets were great and had good variety but nothing super special. The restaurants that we chose were all very good and had great service.

The resort is amazing: beach is nice, the property is nice, the pools were great, food was awesome, staff is very nice and friendly/helpful, lots to do, something for everyone. Lots of entertainment as well. Definitely coming back!
