We loved the place. Clean, comfortable, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, quiet area but only a few minutes drive to downtown Pigeon Forge. It was perfect for us.

Baseball Tournament

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken Experience. This condo was the perfect location. Close to the parkway and all the activities and yet a very quiet, secluded feel.

Great property as advertised

Great property in a convenient yet quiet location. Perfect for relaxing after a day full of site seeing and fun. This listing was exactly as advertised. My only issue was this first floor unit still required going down/up stairs which a family member couldn’t handle. Fortunately we were able to park at the end of the unit and avoid the stairs. Will definitely stay here again if/when we go back to TN.

Nursing school graduation gift

Property was clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked with basic essentials. Enjoyed the regular size washer and dryer. Decorated cer cute. The 2nd bed broke and i called maintenance, they were there and fixed it right away. Will definitely be back in the future.

Bear Necessities Great Place for a break

Great Condo for our family of 4. Perfect size and accommodations. Close to all of our planned event and view of the smokey mountains each morning was amazing. Even though it was cold we sat outside drinking our morning coffee looking up at the wonderful mountains. All the basic necessities were in the house upon our arrival and while the kitchen utensils were a bit sparce they were perfect for us to make our morning meals before heading out to our daily activities. We usually would arrive back at the condo in the evening and relax in the living space that had a blend of a nice large couch and rocking recliner chair. Would recommend for a family size of up to 4 people who need a nice base camp in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area that allows you to quickly go to all of the wonderful activites in this area.

Dollywood stay

The property was very clean with all of the amenities such as items for the kitchen and bathrooms. It was conveniently located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. I had excellent communication with the host and many texts anticipating our arrival.

Awesome Place

The place is true to the description and pictures. It was BEAUTIFUL and peaceful and clean. Very very nice and me and my daughter loved it and it was also very quiet. We will definitely come back to this place next year. We really enjoyed our stay.

50 year friendship anniversary

Condo was great! Neighborhood quiet. Did not realized when booked that you had to go down a stairs to get to the door. A little challenging as the two menfolk have trouble walking. Except for the door for the washer and dryer coming out of the track in my hand it was a very nice place to stay. Well decorated and set up for guests.

Bear Necessities was the perfect family retreat!

The home looks just as pictured and you can tell the owners take great pride in their home, it was cutely decorated for the fall season. Everything you could possibly need in the condo and tucked away from hustle and bustle but close enough to all area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Kids also enjoyed the tic tac toe board and the pool during some down time. Great place and highly recommend.

Great location with all the comfort

My family of five stayed here and had the best spring break vacation. The condo was perfect and quiet to relax. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace in the evenings and drinking coffee in the mornings on the back porch looking at the beautiful mountains.
