Beautifully restored silk mill building. Very high ceilings, exposed brick walls, very nice soundproof windows, cement and carpeted floors means you don’t hear anyone above or below. Great property.

We came back to our room which hadn't been cleaned, we were gone all morning. So I went to front desk to tell them we had no coffee, no clean towels, etc, the young lady at the front desk just listened to me and didn't even offer me any coffee or clean towels, she seemed very obtuned and disconnected.

We had to change rooms twice. First time room looked like it was still being used. Had key cards that had the date of departure for the next day written on it sitting on the counter so it looked like they were not check out yet. Half drank water bottles and stuff on dressers. Next room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Third room was great.
