Good location - horrible elevator wait times

The location of property was close to lots of things to do. The condo floor was full sand upon our arrival, so we had to clean the floors. Also, the elevator wait times were the worst of all. Sometimes the wait was 20 minutes! We do not plan to ever plan to stay at this property again.

The floors in the condo were not clean. The balcony had not been swept for awhile. The unit has no rugs in it to help keep sand from being brought in on shoes. The shower curtain had mold and orange slim on it The living room furniture was old, outdated, uncomfortable and stained. It needs to be replaced. The building was poorly designed and caused the elevators to move slowly. Access to the street, beach, and pool were all on separate levels. While the condo is on the 7th floor the pool is on the 5th floor. So, there was a lot of noise and no feeling of privacy on the balcony.

Very nice condo,we were given the wrong access code for the door,Some confusion trying to get into the actual condo. But this is not a truly VRBO as in the sense that you are renting from an actual owner. It’s a property management company. If I had Of known that in advance,I would have booked else where.
