Dirty Hotel rooms

Please , please do not stay there . The photos look nice on their site but in reality the rooms are disgusting . Dirty , old shabby furniture , windows so dirty hard to get a good view even if there was one . Unhelpful on the desk .Feeble excuse for not opening the pool ( prob in reality too much effort to clean it ) Absolutely the worst place we have stayed in on our two weeks touring vacation . Just felt sorry for the guests who were staying more than one night as they would not refund anyone , even though people were complaining . We were told up complain to Hotels . Com who we had booked the rooms through . They were totally unhelpful and believed the owners excuses rather than the guests , so disappointed that we were not listened too and in effect you have paid so get on with it . Absolutely so unhelpful and either stay or book somewhere else was the attitude . 0 stars

Don't wast your money

Don't wast your money. Spend $10-$20 more fore a better quality hptel. No staff on site, only a kiosk with a staff who didn't speak clear English. Thd room had a bad smell. The AC didn't work lower than 73, it was 106 outside. Breakfast in the morning was a joke.

The property served its purpose as I was able to shower and sleep. However the hotel is very dated…the Carpet is at least thirty years old, as well as the mattresses. The front desk has a kiosk with a person that helps check in through video rather than a person at the front desk. The AC in the room was great and the hotel was quiet at night even though it was full.

Single most disgusting hotel I have ever checked into.Everything was incredibly rundown. There were repair patches on our door that had not been re-painted, the toilet seat had chips throughout, carpet stained and well worn. Everything was in its original state, zero maintenance or upgrades. The sheets did not appear clean and were evidently pilling and the mattress was old and worn out. There was no elevator for the second floor, and the stairwell was equally as dilapidated. Generally everything felt dirty and was incredibly run down. We immediately left and booked an exceptional hotel for a lower price. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs! In addition to the above, the front desk is outsourced to india via a virtual terminal. All data including passport uploads are shared via this virtual terminal, which is incredibly unsettling as there is information on their cyber security measures. There are countless cheaper, exceptional, new and clean hotels in Page that I would recommend any day. The sleep inn and suites was incredible!

Booked balcony looking at lake-2 queen beds. Got a very old room king with balcony looking at parking lot. Was told to pay $45 more dollars for room I had booked. No ice machine working. No elevator so had to drag luggage upstairs. Stairwell was filthy. Husband is disabled and has trouble walking but no one cared. Asked for help with luggage- there was no one to help.

Powell trip

It was old and in need of a fresh up. Drawers were falling apart, the door didn't fit in the frame so light from the hall shone in at night. Curtains had holes. The bed was wonderful, breakfast was good, the staff was nice and the bar was good too.

They had people on zoom callls for the front desk they were working from home, it was inconvenient because the workers did not know where anything was because they were not really there. The real staff were rarely at the front desk and were an hour late to open certain amenities

It had a slider outside room it made it easy to unload car but slider was hard to open. The hotel needs updating the restaurant hours were late and there is no room service like on description. They use kiosk to check in there is no one at front desk.

Misleading online reservations cost a lot

Hotels.com changes the dates online without notice to the user. It accidentally reserved for July when I was actually making reservation for April. When asked to cancel the July reservation, they refused saying it was non-refundable. I hold Hotels.com responsible for such misleading tactics in online reservations.
