First night late check in they had difficulty working their software so probably delayed me another 30 minutes after long flight and wanting to go zzz for the wait I was promised an “upgrade” room 118? Was so smoke smelly next day I changed rooms and 2nd floor was better. There are no desks and did not get to try WiFi - no coffee or breakfast- but ok for cheap

The check-in was fine and the guy was friendly. When we opened the door it did not stink or anything but it sucks going into a warm room. The bed was fine but were surprised to see a full size refrigerator. The bathroom fan did not work and the remote was missing. Other than that or things that we didnt like were out of the hotels control. The price we paid is what we got.

Front desk lady (Becky - I believe) was get nice and helpful. The room had a safe but was not anchored to anything so you can put your valuables in the same but someone can take the safe itself ... So we didn't put anything in the safe. It needs to be anchored. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows per bed or at least a larger pillow. The tiny pillow was not enough. So, not much to write account the room but the staff was very nice.

The room smelled like smoke, the heater didn't work, there was a live cockroach in the shower, the floor had stains, including burns, the box springs were black with stains, there were holes in the walls, one of the shelves was pieces of plywood.

The staff was great but the place was horrible, nasty and scary. Holes on the wall, Barely any hot water, ac was not working that well, tv without signal or chanel, lighting was like a scary movie, plug in broken and I think one of them was fake with just the wall plate, people standing outside just hanging out. Overall the room just need 110% remodel. However we survive.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was filthy and clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival. The sheets had visible stains, the walls were dirty, and there were cobwebs between the wall and the bed frame — which was honestly unacceptable. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The room is also in serious need of maintenance: the paint is worn and the curtains were visibly dirty.To make matters worse, there was garbage ( tampons) outside the facility, which added to the overall poor impression of the property. Overall, I was completely disgusted by the condition of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
